During today’s presentation, Apple introduced its most affordable smartphone with modern filling – iPhone SE (2022). As expected, there are a minimum of changes in design and a little more in hardware.
Like the previous generation, the iPhone SE (2022) borrowed the design from the iPhone 8. However, Apple slightly changed the materials in the production of the smartphone. The company has equipped the front and back panels of the iPhone SE (2022) with the “strongest” glass, as in the iPhone 13. The rest of the design has not changed.
But the hardware has been updated. iPhone SE (2022) received the flagship A15 Bionic processor.
According to Apple, the iPhone SE (2022) is 1.8 times faster than the iPhone 8 in terms of CPU and 2.2 times faster in terms of GPU.
Along with the A15 Bionic, Apple’s new budget smartphone comes with 5G Sub-6 GHz support. Thus, the iPhone SE (2022) became the company’s first available device with support for next-generation networks.
Pre-orders for the iPhone SE (2022) will begin on Friday, March 11, with actual sales beginning March 18. The recommended cost of the device is from $429. The smartphone will be available in black, white and red colors.
