Pokémon GO servers have been suspended in Belarus and Russia

This will also affect other games of the American company Niantic. Niantic announced a temporary exit from the Russian and Belarusian markets on Twitter. The developers made this decision against the backdrop of the ongoing armed conflict in Ukraine.
Niantic is primarily known for the AR game Pokémon GO — soon it will no longer be available for Russian and Belarusian users.

Pokémon GO and other Niantic games will also not be available for download from digital stores. Pokémon GO has already removed all PokeStops and Gyms – they are not available to Russian and Belarusian players even with VPN turned on.

The company, among other things, released Ingress, Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, Pikmin Bloom, and in the summer of 2021 began testing an AR game based on Transformers.
